About VISG

The Vancouver Island Sculptors’ Guild is active in the arts community, participating in shows, galleries and exhibitions. Within our membership we share techniques, exchange resource information, and support each other with respect and camaraderie.

The Vancouver Island Sculptors’ Guild mandate is:

To promote quality sculpture.
To promote sculptors from Vancouver Island and environs.
To support members in their artistic and professional development.
To increase public awareness and appreciation of sculpture in private and public spaces.

Our members demonstrate a broad scope of artistic vision, combined with the highest quality of sculptural skill. Guild members create unique works by employing a wide range of philosophies and materials.

Vancouver Island Sculptors Guild welcomes new members including sculptors of all skill levels, and others interested in sculpture. Members work in a variety of media, including clay, stone, wood, fabric and other materials.
